For us at the Hotel Les Deux Girafes, environmental responsibility requires constant reflection involving both great commitments and small daily actions. As an integral part of our green approach to the hospitality sector, right from the time the hotel opened we committed ourselves to the use of geothermal energy for heating and air conditioning. In addition, we use everyday household products derived from an aqueous ozone process, thereby avoiding the use of chemicals, to ensure safe and sustainable hygiene. Finally, from refillable glass mineral water bottles to soap dispensers in bathrooms, by way of the dissemination of information via screens rather than paper, every little gesture is carefully thought out.
Eco-friendly fitness room
At the Hôtel Les Deux Girafes, you have access to a fitness room to help you unwind and maintain your body during your stay. What makes it different? Non-electric wooden equipment (from replanted forests)! It’s up to you to turn them on with human energy. With the French brand Sprintbok for our treadmill and the Waterrower brand for our bike and our rower, we have designed our fitness room with an eco-responsible approach. You will be able to spend yourself without impacting the planet!
